    Looks fantastic. Lucky you.

Down here it's grey and drizzling.

    Wanna swap?

Oh what it would be to have woods at the back of my house, I'm with envy.

Iain - don't knock it, the beauty of this fall of snow will soon be gone.

Last time my wife sent me into the woods it was to look for firewood, not take pics !

            Yep! Me too!

Wondeful scene to behold in your back door. Mine in Indonesia is the opposite - tropical! Can't wait to get back there!

Mind you, China is not without it's beauty...can't complain.

              Re: Not Again!

Thanks for the replies, couldn't get back earlier as internet went down strangely enough !
John even if I wanted to we can't get out .
Gavin the woods actually lead up to Ben Vorlich which overlooks the house great to look at and climb not so clever when the thaw comes though.
Jack I agree with the sentiment however we have been warned next week could see more snow and -12 degrees so not gone yet.
David I am sure China has plenty of it's own fascinations judging by youre photos don't get to homesick.
Edmund thanks for the kind comment.
              Cheers Iain.

                Iain,

I've just been having a look at the area around Ben Vorlich on a map and I'm now doubly jealous. You have some wonderful countryside outside your garden gate.
What sort of wildlife do you see thereabouts any deer or badgers in the vicinity?

                Regards

                  Re: Not Again!

Gavin, I get quite a lot of deer in the garden which is really the bottom of Ben Vorlich also numerous stray sheep and cows, owls and of course those most intelligent of birds pheasants. We live in the Trossachs National park which is a conservation area so there is an abundance of wildlife ,flora and fauna.
