      My brain is rather scrambled and I don't smoke (not now) or drink very much either. I'm too old to join the various 'lift' me up/jab brigade.

      Innocent young lad that I am, I had to look these up to see what they are about. I can sort of understand why a professional kitchen might want to use compressed gas to fluff up cream and other things quickly, but why on earth use nitrous oxide? It seems there are now all sorts of restrictions on buying it, thanks to those "creative" types who has using it to fluff up their brains rather than their puddings.

        I do like a rather nice rice pudding that is quite natural. 😋
