    A couple of grab shots near a public house in the countryside on our way home this afternoon.

    Just like that - gone in a flash! Now in use.

    That "Burnham" looks a fine vehicle. I must admit to not being a fan of the "7" but it is in excellent condition and worthy of being photographed as well.

      I would expect nothing less - Burnham was my maiden name! :-)

    The "Burnham" when new cost £320 and the road tax was £13 - 4 cylinder engine and the fuel tank held 10 gallons - mpg 18-20 m.
    Just like that - gone in a flash! Now in use.

      Whilst clearly lovely cars, this period leaves me cold. I love (and have owned a few) 60s to early 70s 'classic' cars, which is the period that excites me. Even some 80s models I'd love to own too!

        In 1960s ish I had an Austin 7 (I think) it was obtained for me to get to understand gear changing etc - I used to drive it round a field, if it was not a wreck whhen I got it - it was when I left it leaning against a rut in the field
