The garden hasn't quite finished.
These were taken on Friday 6th Nov, a cracking day.
The Cotoneaster at the sitooterie is glorious at this time of year.
The combination of berries and leaves is almost painful.


At the front the Yedenensis cherry is giving a 2nd burst after the spring blossom.


The Pieris is setting itself up for early spring to come.

The Hydangea is the least colourful but still interesting.

But the wildest colours belong to the Spindle tree (euonymus)

and its seeds.

and in a corner the Alpine Strawberry is still flowering.

Yes, I know its not as sharp as it should be.
