The Lowry and IWM North

Just had the Mayor on the Radio. Oldham, an area North of here might well be going back into full lock-down. The government may well decide the rest of Greater Manchester should go with it, on general principle, which I guess would mean a delayed re-opening of these two places.

An interesting set, Jason. I like the repetition of red in the second shot with the rower providing the point of interest.
It looks unlike the "Dirty Old Town" that Billy Bragg sang about.
