There are lots of other local blue cheeses around (apart from Stilton) - Kentish Blue, Yorkshire Blue, Blue Wenslydale, Blue Shropshire to name a few. All very nice with a good port.

Unfortunately my Wife and I have got into the nasty habit at 4-30ish of what we call 'Wine o'clock'.....whilst we still have the supply
