  • Animal shots....

....one I took this morning when he came to climb the bird feeder pole and failed yet again. Waiting for me to throw another nut although he/she is still rather twitchy.

Can you add a picture to this thread please?

    E-510 40-150 lens.

Just in case you only wanted squirrel shots

Not a very good picture but it was taken a bit quick. The other amazing thing about this is that it was in a park in the centre of Brussels.
I've never seen one of these in the wild in the UK.Only in a zoo.

                        Andy -

Thanks. I understand our red squirrels now inhabit Scotland. If memory serves me I think they were trying to re-introduce them in Hyde Park a few years back as the greys showed their dominance in the past. I must remember to check that out.

However, as most know what an elephant does to get out of a tree.....

                        ......

Taken at Whipsnade Zoo last year or the one before.

Out with the dog and E3 for a walk today. Thought this shot would fit in here.

He watched me having fun with the E3 then decided to have fun himself. Forgot the towel (again) so we had an extra 30 mins walk for him to dry off.

                              Hi Peter -

On our walk today we saw a collie type dog helping its owner pull her cycle down the road. Also a couple of dogs like yours.

I bet he enjoyed the extra 30 minutes (in the sun I note) and pleasing to see you were having fun with the camera.
