Some background for you.... so I may be forgiven
We were invited for a day out today by Jens sister Lynda, to an apparently haunted castle, Carreg Cennen Castle, which is near Ammanford. Though it was just starting to rain as we left home, the weather held off for us and it brightened up as we traveled towards Ammanford. I was very grateful to Lynda for the invite, a lovely afternoon was had by all.
Anyway, here's something that was just me and Heather 'playing' really, but actually, I quite liked the way it has turned out. It's a million and one miles outside of my comfort zone, is processed to death, and is absolutely like nothing I have attempted... nor posted before!
Heather took her friend Shannon (the same friend who came with us to Sandymouth last week), and they are both well... shall we say, drama queens! Inside the ruined castle there were plenty of rooms, each in a different state of disrepair and ruin. Heather called me over to a room she and Shannon were in and said that she thought what she was looking at looked like a sacrificial table, they then both asked... "can we pose for you for some shots..." ... and continued to discuss what they could/should do to make a good shot.
Apart from the shot itself, this is all their work...
So, totally unprepared, without any costumes etc, and not thought out beforehand... this is the result of Heather and Shannon - the drama queens' - efforts...
The sacrificial table....
