Spotted in a Suffolk garden pool and quiet happy to pose if I kept my distance.

Great shots, as usual, Nick. I particularly like image 1. It's well framed and sharp with an obvious twinkle in the eye.

I like these two Nick, he looks a happy frog!! The Siggy 150mm is doing a good job in those shots.

          Re: Croak

Thank you Peter, John and Andy.

The subject was very co-operative and let me have several attempts to get the exposure right (there is a lot of dark around the pond), but with definite opinions on exactly how close I could get the lens (hood).

The Sigma does seem to do a good job (and of course John is right to praise the lens not the photographer) and I like the way it gets colours (almost oly like in its clarity/vibrancy)
