University Challenge

Met with a long term friend yesterday on a trip to Cambridge....pre booked visit to the Kings Chapel where everyone and their grandmother decided to descend on !! plus my friends friend gave us a tour of Girton College including a trip up the tower which gave a panoramic view over Cambridgeshire unfortunately the pics I took were too hazy to see enough detail on the horizon, however a lovely day out...all taken with the 17mm 1.8 and 7-14 2.8

Pictures are not quite as clear and detailed as they are on my desktop screen and getting a picture with no one it them proved to be challenging, the last three are of the College.

If I'd know you were up the tower - I'd have waved to you! although you may not have seen me as I'm about 4 miles away as the crow flies! - and the other side of a hill... - when I say A hill I mean the only hill near Cambridge!

Is there a Hill in Cambridgeshire ?? We could see Ely Cathedral from the Tower and the M11 and A14 new road...

Look towards Addenbrokes hospital and there's a MASSIVE hill behind it.
