From my hotel in Puerto Del Carmen, this takes about 90 minutes. It's quite a bit more strenuous than the three hour walk into Arrecife. At the end of the walk is Puerto Calero and a fine English tea room. Sometimes I set of at 07:30 and go there for breakfast. Sometimes I go in the afternoon. They make their own scones, on the premises, and serve with lovely jam and clotted cream. I once made the mistake of ordering two and ruined my appetite for the evening.
