  • Going telephoto in Lanzarote

I've long thought of myself as a wide angle man, but I've had an awful lot of fun with a cheap telephoto lens this year. These are all taken with the M.ZD 40-150 f4-5.6 I picked up for a hundred quid a few years back. All taken using the E-P5 and processed from OOC JPEG.

DoF, of course is always a challenge...

Fido is friendly. Later I made the mistake of trying to snap Scrappy Do (but that's for another post).

Loving the heat distortion of the distant skylines.

Those have warmed me up on a cold and damp day.

    ..
Just like that - gone in a flash! Now in use.

Love your long lens, Jason, especially #1, #3, #5. I was also mainly a wide angle man up until the E-3 + SWD 50-200, but since the M5 Mkii + 40-150 + tc, I'm just a long lens junkie!
