Combustion produces water and CO2 plus other nasty little chemicals.
I tried to count the vapour trails in the picture. At leadt15 in a space of perhaps 30 minutes. If you look at Flightradar24 there are thousands of aircraft in the sky burning tons of aviation fuel. No wonder the world is warming up.

Con trails are in fact a contributor to atmospheric warming independent of the CO2 greenhouse effect. They in effect increase the amount of cirrus cloud. This acts as a dimming/cooling factor in the day and a warming factor at night; but the overall effect is warming. Some research points to con-trail warming as being a much bigger factor in atmospheric warming than CO2, at least in areas where air traffic movement is dense (e.g. the US).
During the aviation dead zone following 9/11, one researcher measured the effect of con-trails on day/night temperature range and discovered that they cause a reduction of about 2 degrees C.
