Re: Storm approaching (eventually)
Was very dark with a sepia sky here in Dorking at 3:00pm. Caused by sand from the Sahara and debris from forest fires in Spain and Portugal according to the beeb.My stuff on Flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/jonskids/

Re: Storm approaching (eventually)
It was weird here earlier - like sunset at mid-day. Also very dark. I shot this one close to home, not a great photo by any means but it really did look like this (camera WB set to sunny, and tweaked a very little bit in LR to match how it looked):
How dark? ISO 400, 1/20 at f/5.6!

Not having a particularly good view from the house I didn't take any pictures but I wished I had seen that red sun from Barrie fine shot - that would have got the camera going. Most used: EM5i + 12-200mm, In briefcase: E-PM2 + 12-42mmEZ
