  • Gannet and Puffin in flight.

During last weeks trip to Yorkshire, we spent a few days in and around Bempton Cliffs.

It was bright but very windy and a little on the cold side, the wildlife however, was amazing to watch.

    Two magnificent shots.

The Gannet shot looks a little awkward in the pose. The Puffin shot is fantastic.

Thanks, the Gannet was soaring using a current if wind rising up the cliff face, hence the pose.

It was great to see just how easily these birds manage in strong winds.

Thanks to all who took the time to look and/or comment.

            I like these.

We were in Yorkshire last weekend, arrived Friday afternoon in sunshine and were met with clouds light and heavy for the rest of our stay.

            Thanks for showing.

                Thanks Paul,

Bempton is a great place to test new kit and to photograph wildlife, we'll be back there in a few weeks.
