Am trying to work out if it's downriver of the Shard? Do you think it's topped out, or will there suddenly be another bulge?

Hi Margaret - I am in enough trouble with some people in this user group, but I would like to get to know your architectural preferences. Oh I like a lot of the modern stuff - La Defense area in Paris is spectacular for this kind of architecture - but I just don't care for this particular building. It looks unbalanced.
