  • Buttermere reflection

I had been above Buttermere looking down from High Snockrigg taking some shots looking for angles in the afternoon and then went to Buttermere for a cuppa and snadwich when I tought I take a chance going to the other end of the lake but not expecting much other than a crowd which I found.
While sitting there wishing for quieter times like I will no doubt see this presented itself which for 14:24 hrs is not bad.

      Great light, it works well.
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

Very nice, like the reflections and the moody sky

I'm off there on Friday for a week's photoing, hope the weather holds

Another inspiring image of the incomparable Lake District.

That's a lovely image Alf. The light on the trees makes it.

Thanks Paul yeah I waited for the light to hit the trees and thankfully the water stayed calm long enough
