  • Lichfield Cathedral

Spent a pleasant morning atLichfield Cathedral trying out the new 12 mm f2 ens, only took another two lenses with me the 25mm f1.7Lumixand the Oly 75mm f18.Plenty of converging verticals to fix especially shooting from a wheel chair.Finished it of with a drink and pub meal..good to get out.

Processed a dozen pics from this mornings visit to Lichfield Cathedral in CO9 Pro,thought I'd post one. I will not bore you with them all.

    Olympus E-M5 mk11 and Lumix 25 mm f/1.7 .... f2@1/100 sec.

    Regards Paul.
One day I hope to be the person my dogs think I am.

Nice light, I suspect it's one of those occasions that 15 minutes earlier or later it would look completely different.
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

Very nicely captured Paul. You got the internal and window light nicely balanced.

How do you like the Panasonic 25/1.7?

Great shot Paul, and as others said, the lighting is captured perfectly.

Like this a lot, Paul, the lighting is just right. Good to see you out and about, feels good after a long spell of inactivity?

                Re: Lichfield Cathedral

I'm glad you spent the time correcting the verticals, I might have been inclined to save time and shoot with the 12mm pointing horizontally and crop. A good result and I like the way the light falls on the marble sculpture.
