Great set of images Paul, I know how far away that stag was so those shots are very, very good.

Lovely set of images Paul. How did you decide which camera to use for which shot?

                Hi Phill,

I took a set of 4 primes for the Sony but just the 40-150 Pro + 1.4 TC for the EM5ii so wide angle was done with the Sony and telephoto with the Oly.

To be honest I'm not seeing that much advantage, if any at times using the Sony ff, lovely camera and lenses but m43 is very good and a more compact system.

A lovely set Paul. My favourite is the first of the stag. I particularly like how the colours of the stag and the landscape are so similar. It must have been difficult to spot.

                  Thanks

Yes, we were commenting on that when we were there, nature certainly has a way of adapting to surroundings.

                      A delightful set Paul.

Good to see a range of weather conditions which always give greatly varying representations of mountain scenery. Even "bad weather seems to be able to produce interesting landscapes.

I envy you chaps who live "north of the border" in mountainous areas. Down here in "flat Essex" a landscape mainly only has interest if there is light and colour and texture. In cloudy/misty/wet weather everything just gets flatter and less visible.

                      Thanks for sharng.

she looked at me and said "It's official. I hate your camera. It's just so amazing and perfect I want one!"

A lovely set Paul, of which the last shot is my favourite. Just shows how useful a telephoto zoom can be for landscapes. Having said that, I'm left wishing I could see some of the wide shots from your trip - go on, post a couple in The Lounge making it clear they were taken with the Sony and I'm sure we'll all appreciate the pictures whilst turning a blind eye to the brand!

I'll put a few up now in the lounge then.
