Re: Yuletide Greetings from David and me!
Hi Mark, it does not matter how you spell it,
we all knew what you meant, as long as you enjoy the festive season with your good mate David, sharing happy times and memories, take care mate and all the very best

Re: Yuletide Greetings from David and me!
Thanks Ed and Raymondo. I can claim no such link for the misspelling. Indeed I misspelt the word many years ago until someone corrected me, so I should have remembered it. There are other words that I was in the habit of misspelling, One comes to mind, Lightening instead of Lightning for example.Originally posted by Wee man View PostI just took the spelling to be linked to the drink you do not take. Thanks Andrew, we are.Originally posted by Beagletorque View PostHappy Christmas Octogenarians, looks like you're having fun!
I was heading for Tassie with Sandra, non-redeemable fare paid months in advance, but due to David's precarious state of health, and in view of the fact that we are very best friends, I decided I wanted to spend Christmas with him more than I wanted to go to Tasmania.Originally posted by Floribunda View PostGosh they look like trouble don't they?
Mark - I thought you were heading for Tassie for Xmas? Please pass on our Xmas greetings to Sandra.
Thanks Terry, and the Season's Cheer to you and yours! *santa.Originally posted by Barkly View PostBest wishes and Christmas greetings for a bit blowy Canberra - although 27 and sunny expected tomorrow. I raise a glass to all you Olly drivers.

And fair enough too. Have fun you two. And take care.
