  • Somerset Sunrise

I haven't posted an 'up to date' photo before. I made the effort to get up for the sunrise this morning. It was a touch chilly so I think photography is best kept for warm weather at my age. By the time I had finished my fingers were frozen. Anyway, this was the Somerset Sunrise from a short walk from home.

40-150 kit lens on E520. This is from the RAW file. Not much done apart from the cropping, some flare removal and some noise reduction.

Best I could do with cold fingers!

I think you have done a really good job with this shot it was worth getting a little cold, the trees coming out of the fog and the sun rising makes this a lovely shot.

      Very attractive and atmospheric.

We got some frost but no mist here, alas, despite the weather forecast (I think photographers are the only people who shout ' Hooray! Fog at last!')

Thank you everyone. I've warmed up now so will try some more weather when the weather permits.
