    We had the opportunity to visit the New Forest a couple of weeks ago, The variety of fungi to be found there is incredible.

                I understand the Beefstake is the only edible one, but i would have to be starving to venture a taste

                        Really nice set of unusual fungi, some of which are completely new to me. I love the Devils Fingers shot - that is one funky fungus.

                        I think I found a beefsteak fungus while I was out for a walk the other day:
