  • Club Studio Night

I have just got back from our monthly studio night, where I had a wonderful surprise, finding that tonight's model was a lass I first worked with around 2 years ago.

Then she was 15 going on 16 and modelled a collection of hats made by a milliner friend of ours

Tonight, as she approaches her 18th birthday she has decided to start out on a modelling career and my how she has grown up

She is now nearly 6ft tall, has the most incredible poise and beauty yet retains a wicked sense of fun - my camera and I both fell in love with her

Many pics to process but I thought I would share this first one, shot with the mk2 + 12-50 kit lens as we messed around with Brigitte Bardot style poses

    See what you think

I reckon she is going to do well in her chosen career

They grow up in the most delightful way, don't they?

She is a beautiful girl and looks like she has all the makings of becoming a fashion model Brian.
        Regards Paul.
One day I hope to be the person my dogs think I am.

I was thinking "God Created Woman" in 1956 (I think that was the first time I saw Bardot )

Her face shape is different but there is something in the overall look and impact that makes the link for me

The shape of her eyes is really something!

                Aren't they just amazing

(you helped me work out one reason she has such an impact on me, she has a similar look to my wife in her teens, although she had a darker colouring and was more in the Sophia Loren style)
