Absolutely beautiful. If I had taken this it would be on my wall, you should sell it.

Re: Rannoch Moor reflections
Stunning. The reflection is so perfect, I find the rocks in the water almost hypnotic.
I don't think I have ever been there. Is this location near to the road, or is it a long hike? I only ask as I would love to go to Rannoch, and enjoy a long walk, but don't know how much time it would take.---------------

This view is very close to the road, people were seeing the scene, stopping the car and getting out their cameras or phones. The road is quite straight and vehicles travel along it very fast, it was scary watching folk walk around unthinking of the danger.
I could have spent the whole of my time in Scotland just capturing the beauty of the moor.
I was fortunate with the light, it is not always like this I am told.
You can find it on Google Earth, I will send you a link. Couldn't do this but you can find it easy enough, it is between Ballachulish and the junction of the A82 and A85.
Hope you can find it.sigpicDave

Dave,
That is not just beautiful, that is sublime!John

Re: Rannoch Moor reflections
Well I am going to be the devil's advocate here.
A stunning view shot without doubt - but the reflection in the water totally overpowers the view (IMHO) - and does nothing for the final print.
Perhaps a higher perspective might have been better?

I would have liked to have had a higher viewpoint but it was just not possible, must take my steps next time, seriously.sigpicDave
