Hi Chevvy - well I've just set the A/C to reduce the temperature of my living quarters from about 25'C down to 18'C in order to get a good night's sleep. The past two nights have been fitful, beneath no more than a sheet for modesty ... now I'm neither wowser nor tippler but your Ruinart champas would be squandered on me. A convivial glass of Sauvignon Blanc or the odd nip of Napoleon brandy is about as far as I'll go.
