    .... does deathstar canteen
Worked pretty well, if I am honest it is the camera that is the weak link. Focusing was difficult when the contrast dropped and even with face detect the microphone was often in focus and not one of the eyes...

Still good pictures Chris. I didn't have face detect on when i took my pics at a concert on Weds...the guy from Olympus told me to take it off, it stopped the lens focusing where it shouldn't be...i tended to focus 1/2 shut button zoom to where i wanted and fully press....auto iso helped too..but i'm no expert...

    Cheers

sorry didn't realise you had the 1.4 converter on as well, which of course loses you a stop...most of mine taken were no converter and wide open at 2.8...

Nice captures Chris, I really like the framing, thanks for sharing these.

Thanks At some of the gigs I get the pit and I get the side of the stage so framing oppurtunities are increased.
I like working in the local British Legion where I can get behind the stage.
The OMDs have made gig photography easier but still have their 'features' but I dont have any comparison with the likes of the Nikon D4 or D3S, certainly easier than pushed film and manual focus
