  • Roadside Gazanias

Took Janette out for a drive today, overcast sky, shot a couple of local landscapes that had to be binned but at least the Gazanias looked good in soft light

I agree, the light was perfect for these stunning flowers.

Thanks John - actually it was partly cloudy, I kept having to 'dodge' periodic bursts of sunshine.

The shot from the first post is brilliant. Great juxtaposition of colours.

Thanks OM, all credit for juxtaposition goes to nature that arranged them that way - amazing when you come to think about it.

            Hi there Mark!

Whether the Landscapes had to be binned or not, that picture of the Gazanias has certainly made the trip worth while, lovely lighting and composition.

            Cheers,

            Ralph.

Thanks Ralph, I really appreciate that feedback as it is a shot that I was very happy with.

As you say, without the landscapes it made the trip worthwhile.
