  • Fun Day on Sunday

Another local fun day, this time at the Three Horseshoes pub at Molehill Green. As usual Debbie was face painting and I filled in the time by taking a few snaps of what was going on.

    There were races for children......

    ......and slightly older kids!

    Tug of War

    and Sumo Wrestling

and how could the fun possibly be complete without the latest craze.... the Ice Bucket Challenge!

I take it the camera was on a tripod and you used a remote for the shots of you in the stocks.
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

Haha - not me! That was Mick, the landlord of the pub which hosted the event. I like that he is still holding on to his cigarette!

However, I have been nominated for the Ice Bucket Challenge by my step-son, I just haven't got round to doing it yet.

No protests from the parents about you taking pics of their precious darlings?

I'm glad to report that there were no problems at all.

You do these events so well that it makes the viewer part of it.

Haha! It's an interesting strategy but not one that I'm keen to try!

John, you have to be very careful there - the lady in the sack race, jumping - may have given you a black eye (but not by the method in which, she gave her self, a pair of black eyes)
