    Clouds and Linings

    We visited Wilton House at the weekend.

    You may feel that clouds of doom hang over the toffs these days, what with the rise of the middle classes, taxes and the global recession...



    However, don't feel too sorry for the Earl of Carnarvon: In his garage, apart from a SL300, and E-type, A Skyline GT-R, and XJ13 and a pair of partly rebuilt Ferrari 250s..... he has one of these:





    See. These are the rewards that hard work can bring...

    ahh the rewards for letting the public view you "hard earned cash investments"
    when we move, I am thinking of opening to the public - a few weekends a year ... just have to decide what to put on "view" ?
