Shows how good the 5 axis stabilization is on the E-M1.

I rather like to think that I can hand-hold a 45mm lens for 1/25 second...

Ever wondered what happens the dark when the light is switched on?

...maybe, but you still have to tell the engineer to stop having a ****! (sway)

            Re: The Engineer

The engineer's eyes lead you back into the scene, which works, and I'd like to know what he's looking at, so the composition works twice. But on a humorous note, he's far too clean for an engineer (definition of engineer is someone who tends engines, not like today's engineers who tend keyboards - I know what I'm talking about 'I is an Engineer'!

The picture caption is mine of course. So I'll take the blame for that. I don't know how he would describe himself. 'Volunteer' probably! He was tending the engine though... There were chaps about who were absolutely filthy. Maybe they were the true engineers.

And he's too young! He looks like his mum has just wiped his face with a flannel, or a spitted-on hankie!

If the chap on the footplate was an Engineer he would only be doing that job as a volunteer as a break from his real job as an Engineer.

In the UK he's called an engine driver. In the US they call them engineers.
