There have been quite a few of these delightful little waders passing through the local area recently and I eventually found this one which was just about close enough to photograph at Cley. It is the first time I have managed to photograph one. The second shot, with the two Shoveler ducks in the background, gives an idea of just how tiny these birds are. They can easily be distinguished from the 'regular' Ringed Plover by the yellow ring surrounding the eye.
