I have some more shots from the old house. I spent more time and thought on some of these and I would appreciate your opinions good and bad. Especially how to improve composition etc. I'm missing my 12-60mm which is in for repair so these shots are not critically sharp.

Ever wondered what happens the dark when the light is switched on?
That old house is a treasure trove for photographers and you've got some excellents shots. I especially like No 1 & No 3.

I do like these a lot especially No1. I'd be interested in how you processed them.
Shame there's no exif on the though.
Hi Andy, I just ran them through LR5 Develop. The usual highlights and shadows and Whites and blacks. Very slight tone curve and I brightened some areas with the radial tool inverted. That's it! Thanks.

Love #2 and #3 Conor- the daffs in a frame is a nice bit of whimsy. Looks like a great location if a tad dangerous - I presume it's one of those old decaying (and haunted!) Irish mansions ripe for renovation?
It is quite run down and the floors are rotting. It's also a very spooky location and the hair on the back of my neck was standing on end as I looked over my shoulderon more than one occasion. Thanks for all your comments.

Conor, I really like this set, and was wondering myself if it was at all spooky in the house. I can imagine that you did spend quite a while thinking about the shots.
I love the framed daffs and I'm sure I would have fiddled around with those for ages.

If you can access the house at any time it should have loads of atmosphere at night, or at least during the twilight hours. Best experienced alone, I dare say!
