I bought the 520 for its Image Stabilisation to improve hand held results.
This is one of the early efforts.

    Hi,

I think that the reason you have not received any replies to this post is that you state your objective 'Testing IS' but do not say how you tested it. Shutter speed etc. I note that you are a new member and may not be aware and that is why I have replied with these comments. I did try and look on in the gallery but I also note that you do not have any images there. I guess you copied and pasted the image in the post as a URL does not appear in the quoted message above.

Do you not know how to post images in the gallery? If not, we would be happy to assist. When the image is in the gallery, provided you retained the exif data when you uploaded, then we would be able to see the shooting conditions etc. and comment appropriately.

    I hope this helps.

      Re: Testing IS

I just thought I would give you an example when I tested the IS on the E3.

Click on the image and this will take you to the image in the gallery then......

Under the image you will find a camera icon. Click on this and the exif data will appear. This gives some of the most important information about the image. From this you will see the usefulness of the gallery images.

If you use Firefox and download the FxIF extension you can right click on an image to see the EXIF data.
