    First is a good shot the sun on the stem does not work for me in the others.

      Thanks Ed. I wasn't sure about that sun either I was trying to get a witness of the stem to remain but I think it would need some pp to do that.

        1st for me too, as you say, the other 2 need the stem to complete the image
        The picture tells the story, great when you have a bad memory.DW.

          A shame about the stem, because 2 & 3 are better compositions. A case for HDR maybe?

            I had been trying HDR out earlier but didn't think of it for the grass shots. That might have been just what it needed John thanks I'll definitely try it next time.

              Zoom and try to dodge / burn ( can never remember which is which) the stems in?
