      Re: A squashed flower

      Hi there everyone!

Excuse my ignorance here, but are we talking complementary colours (180 degrees around the colour wheel)? I've heard of the theory but never seen it used in practice?

      Cheers,

      Ralph.

      PS The blue works well!

To be honest I'm undecided which I know is a cop out answer

I like the idea but I'm not sure it hits the spot for me. Problem is I don't know why which is no good at all really.

        Sorry for the unhelpful answer

        cheers

I've worked hard to be this grumpy. It hasn't been easy at times but it's worth it.

Well that works for me, that is just what I would have done with it but then that's me I'm guessing there will be many who don't like it but are unsure why! Which is what Hec said. Put the BW and this one on the wall twenty feet away and you'll be drawn to the blue and gold one every time.

Thanks for doing something different with this Alf.

Don't apologise for not liking something but being able say exactly why at least you have shown an opinion. Sometimes I like this sort of thing and I am baffled why.

Thanks Tom for pushing me to try it because I had not seen the option (I put a filter on remove this cast on my colour version)

That's great Alf, I find it can be very rewarding sometimes to try new things or do the same old things a different way.
