Re: A few from Brighton
Those first two are very good. The first one especially so. Like the treatment and the composition. You've even made sure the top of the deckchair does not impinge on the wreck of the pier!
Nice work
HecI've worked hard to be this grumpy. It hasn't been easy at times but it's worth it.

Re: A few from Brighton
Three exciting images of Brighton, I like the different processing techniques you've used them, visually I like No 1 the best. Great stuff it would be nice to see more now you've whetted the appetite.

Re: A few from Brighton
That first one especially is top drawer composition and processing, I love it!John

Re: A few from Brighton
Nice set Phil,
We love Brighton as well (went there for our honeymoon 39yrs ago).
We travel there every year if we can, my wife is into vintage so loves trawling through the old lanes and for me it is just a photographers dream.
We plan on returning for a few days in Oct.Ian from the Cotswolds

I was just strolling the Beach and came upon the shot, it was a little uncanny because a few minutes afterwards I came across a similar image on a post card but it didn't include the Pier.
