    Morning All,
    Got up early for a trip to heybridge this morning for some long awaited photography. Unfortunately it was very overcast and "flat", So only managed a few half decent shots.......

    These last two shots are of a pair of old boat (barge ??) Hulls which are being left to die..... a sad end.

            You made the most of less than ideal conditions. I really like "Growing on the sea wall."

              Thanks for the comment, there are a few of these wrecks dotted along the sea wall at Maldon and Heybridge. I think they are to help fortify the sea defences.

                Thanks John, there is an amazing diversity of wild flowers and plants growing along the sea wall, so I may do a special trip when the light is better to capture some of the plant life.
