Lovely images, I'm liking the results from the 75-300mm.

Three great shots John, I like the sandpiper the best with the out of focus rocks and lovely detail on the rock it's standing on.
                Regards Jim.

Very pleasing images, I have been considering the 75-300 myself. Did you use a tripod?

                    Kind regards

Thanks Peter, there were a lot around and my daughter had ID'd another individual the day before.

Re the lens. I'm very pleased with the 75-300 on the E-M5. These shots were all handheld. Here are the shooting data:
                      All 300mm S-AF
                      Sandpiper ISO 640, 1/1250, f6.7
                      Twite ISO 400, 1/1250, f8
                      Twite ISO 640, 1/1000, f6.7
I maybe could have dropped the ISO but I'm not the best at handholding technique.

All super shots and a credit to the photographer. This lens is a cracker, I have it myself and am on my way back from a "Dreich" week in Wester Ross and Skye having used it extensively. Some images to be posted when I get home.

Thanks for sharing the information, I am impressed that they are hand held too. I think this lens is on my short list.
