  • Small and Serious!

A small visitor to our house last weekend - he was a very small and very serious little man! (no smiles whatsoever).

Thanks, Greg - the catchlights were my 8-year old nephew holding one of these 5-in-1 foldable reflectors in front of him as the sun was behind him.....

Nice photo captured the look of apprehension well, love the catchlights.

Yep great shot you certainly captured the expression well. It's also got a nice halo quality to the backlighting was that as it was or have you done some pp on it?

Thanks to all - I think the halo probably came about as I used an adaptive vignette on the image, but was probably a bit strong with it! I did notice it, but thought it looked OK, so just let it be.... the background was a bit 'loud' so was trying to kill it a bit as it was very distracting.....
