Wow! Undoubtedly the finest Motorsport shots I have seen on this forum. These are magazine quality.
    Thanks

Thanks Derek. As a Kawasaki guy it's good to see Tom Sykes doing well.
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

Yes it certainly is Tom rides his heart out and to lose the championship last season by 1/2 point must have been tough.

Very difficult to pick a favourite from these Derek they are all stunning but no#6 just edges it for me. They are all definitely poster material though I'm sure they would sell. It's great to see Donington back in full swing with races again after the F1 fiasco.

Great shots what camera and lens were you using?

Brilliant shots. I'm amazed they don't fall off more!

Agree with this. Was the first cropped at all? As it's a shame the "o" in the Romeo is missing from the background.
I drive a relatively old Alfa, hence my personal interest.

Thanks for your comment. I did do a version with the full name, not sure why I didn't upload it.

Shot for me is Chas Davies, really shows how close these guys get to the track. Not a fan, but really enjoyed these for your expertise, Derek.
The picture tells the story, great when you have a bad memory.DW.

Thanks I enjoy practice/qualifying days rather than race days because you can get alternate views during the sessions. A memory card of shot from the same corner is boring.
