    Olympus sponsors Formula1

    Well I'd forgotten that back in the 1980's this was true. I was reminded by seeing this famous car out on the track at the Donnington Historic Festival this weekend:







    This is the actual 1985 JPS Lotus 97T that Ayrton Senna drove to his first ever F1 win at Estoril.

    As an F1 nut myself (since the early 70s) these are very interesting photos

    Something isn't right with the first one as there is a lot of aliasing on the linear details?

    PS Olympus sponsored Ferrari just a few years ago for several seasons

      Probably due to the fact that this was a very quick grab shot, hence it's not sharp or well panned Ian.
