  • Worcester Bridge

A oldie that I shot in 2008 with the E-510 ( I miss that camera) and just got around to processing in Lightroom 4.

I really should get around to processing those old unprocessed raw files or throw them out.

    Regards Paul.

I like this a lot....love the symmetry produced by the reflections of the arches.
Can I make one suggestion....have you thought about removing the tall modern lamp post from the left end of the bridge ? I reckon it will balance the image.

Good job you don't delete RAW files, we would not have the pleasure of this. I know you don't like cloneing, but maybe just this once ?
The picture tells the story, great when you have a bad memory.DW.

When I saw your bridge it reminded me of the convict built Richmond Bridge, Tasmania, circa 1823.

Don't delete those old raw files, Paul, they're far too good as this picture shows!

Thanks Phil and no I do not mind the suggestion and I will certainly consider it.

Thank you and yes you are right, I usually only delete raw file that have obvious flaws.

Funnily enough anyone that knows me well will know I have no aversion at all to cloning or any other pp work, in this case I just did not spot it.

Looks very similar Mark, probably a design by the British imperial slave masters.

Thank you John, problem is I have unprocessed raws going back to 2006, I guess I will just have to knuckle down to it and go through them.

              Re: Worcester Bridge

Lovely clear shot, and nice tones on it. I'd have liked a little more bridge on the right, just to the centre of the abutment. Now there's a cloning challenge

              But a very nice image.

That is a lovely shot Paul

The 510 is still being used in earnest by a friend of mine, it was and still is a very capable camera

I very much like that Paul, lovely image taken by a classic camera (in my book).
