  • Actually found some time to take some photos!

Been very busy with the websites recently but I did manage a few photos last week:

My cousin's wife, Jeng, over on a visit from the Philippines, is a professional make-up artist and of course Elizabeth and Lara couldn't pass this opportunity up!

The lighting is a mixture of cold LED lighting on a stand and much warmer fluorescent room lights - flash wasn't used.

    Olympus Pen E-P3, ISO 500, m.Zuiko 17mm f/1.8 @f/2.8

Nice to see you posting Ian.

The girls look like they are enjoying it, please tell me you took some portraits after they got made up.
    Regards Paul.
One day I hope to be the person my dogs think I am.

I strongly agree with paul. It's nice to see you posting, especially images.
Very nice shots there. I should think you are very pleased with these.

Err, er... you caught me out, Paul; but at their ages it's actually a miracle that I got any photos of them

As the father of two now grown up girls and then looking at these girls ( sorry young ladies ) enjoying themselves, that old saying keeps going around in my head - Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus

The 'flawless' skin is down to Jeng's expertise - they are teenagers after all!

I know what you mean, Ian. The last picture I got of Freya was about 2 years ago.

Great opportunity for the girls to be expertly made up - I'm surprised that Julia didn't get in on the act, but then she probably doesn't need it anyway.

It's good to see you posting pictures again.

                          NOTE: Replying from public computer.

Portraiture is definitely your forte, Ian. These are superbly shot and processed.

I've reached an age where I allow only e-portraits to be taken of me.
