  • Launch your own!

Taking advantage of the good weather and a favourable exchange rate, I made and launched my own satellite this launchtime. I popped my EM-5 in it, lit the fuse and retired.

I discovered I wasn't able to retire so I recovered it after a few orbits of the earth.

I was particularly impressed with this view of the Upper Nile. Experts may recognise the Quotidien Depression.

I'm glad you said where it was, I thought there was an awful lot of yellow snow if it was Canada.
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

Ah, it looks like you are developing your own space program in parallel with North Korea. They both look a bit flakey.

Odd you should mention the DPRNK. They did contact my carpet cleaning company recently. They were very excited about my new, clear, pile restorer. I told them it bombed, so I dropped it. Now they won't leave me alone.

Expect the CIA, FBI, Mi6 any time, you know they monitor calls.

Not to mention the Spanish Inquisition, but nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!

                  Brilliant!
I always wondered how they did those "false colour" satellite shots.

Brilliant! I think you need to reset your white balance as the altitude has changed the colours, the sea in that area should be blue. Had you IS on?
                    Well spotted.
