On Friday evening my wife and I went to a Charity Ball organised by her church.
I took the E-M5 which just about fitted into my jacket pocket with 20mm/1.7 attached. In the other pocket I had the 45mm and clip-on flash.
Early on in the evening I took some shots using the clip-on flash, but didn't like them, the lighting was much too sharp, so the flash stayed in my pocket for the rest of the night. So apart from the last one these were all taken using available light, which was extremely low at times. Most of these are between ISO 1600 and 6400. It might have been better if I'd had something smaller, such as an E-PM2 or E-PL5, but the E-M5 was manageable.

Amongst the various things arranged at the ball was a cartoonist

These two are aunt and niece, believe it or not. The dark haired girl is the niece of the blonde, even though there is only 4 years difference in their ages.

I seem to have quite a lot of shots of this girl - not sure why...

This one was taken at home with the camera on a tripod and ceiling bounced wirelessly triggered flash on a gorillapod propped up on the mantlepiece.
