Re: A first attempt at Urban photography

Really like this, I'd trim the LH edge a bit and perhaps bump the shadows so that it is just the path and inside the tunnel, the slightly ligher areas at the top distract me a little

EDIT - just had a quick play, there is a lot of detail in the image, thuogh I like the gloomyness. Perhaps just darken the outsides rather than cropping and I'd be done. Again really like this image!

Thanks. I spotted a couple kissing in the middle but was too slow to capture it! They didn't come back and repeat it, some people eh...

          I like it too.
I probably watch (TV), and read, too many Crime Stories, but this photo had me interested in the girls and I hoped they would get where they were going safely.
Alf - still practicing my Mono. I am finding the hardest part is a suitable subject.

That's an excellent composition, just crop a little off the bottom and you're there! I look forward to seeing more urban stuff from you.

Maybe they went off to get a room!

Excellent capture, you can even feel the chill in the air from the left-hand girls hand/arm position.
A picture that makes you want to know more of the story.
The picture tells the story, great when you have a bad memory.DW.
