  • I don't photograph buildings

I don't usually take photos of buildings, never interested me. But when they are in your face, you have to take them. These were on the way to take photos of Tower Bridge at night.
Struck me that I was looking at the bow of a ship, a big ship.

Then I turned around. I waited and waited for the sun to do something interesting to the Shard but it never did.

    Then this caught my eye.

I take mostly scenic, landscape, wildlife photos, unless there is a race or airshow going on. Pictures like these I don't do, unless they're historic buildings. So this is something new.

Excellent images, really great images. I'm up around that area over the festive period.
Hopefully I might get a chance to do some photography.

With results like these maybe you should photograph buildings more often.

All good shots, but for me the composition of the third one is the best - I like to frame my building shots with a bit of road below and a bit of sky above.
