  • Compare and contrast

2 ever so slightly different images.

The only thing they have in common is that they were both taken on seafronts.

This one was taken on the seafront at the Knap, Barry with E-M5 and 45-200mm:

The second taken on the seafront at Penarth near Bridgend with E-M5 and 20mm hand held at night:

The irony is that Penarth is a 'pretty' seaside town inhabited by the well-heeled and Barry is...er...not. But I guess any town has its pretty side and its grungy side.

    Comments/criticism welcome.

    Re: Compare and contrast

I particularly like the first one. No criticisms, really, but might suggest halving the amount of sky above the cloudbank, which to my eye might enhance the line leading to upper left, gives a bit of motion to an otherwise (pleasantly) static scene.
