I'm not saying the obvious, a Morgan. Instead I think it's a kit car with a Matchless motorcycle engine!

I am going to state the obvious. A Morgan Super Sports V Twin engine? Engineering porn!

Hmm. The strange grey triangle says Alvis to me, but I bet they never made a 3 wheeler..
Look, I'm an old man. I shouldn't be expected to put up with this.

Changed my mind and agree with Ron. Morgan Super Sports circa 1937.

I've only just seen this but don't the two M's give it away???
It's not what inspires us that is important, it's where the journey takes us.

Too obvious, both the car and the engine.
Will see a few at Goodwood Revival I suspect,

They also built them with Matchless engines and that is what the "M"s on the rocker covers stand for in this case, not Morgan

Don't worry John - I thought that the two "M's" might stand for "Merrilyn" - my name no-one but my grandmother ever called me!

So my original thought, before I changed my mind was getting there?

A bit of Googling suggests that Morgan changed from JAP to Matchless engines in 1933-35. Super shots by the way, John.
