  • Always carry your camera

Not an accident per se - strong winds brought a tree down across the road. Nothing special by way of a pic but illustrates the point. Note the highway patrolman in his very 'you can see me ute'. Is he reaching for his gun when he spies me pointing something at him?

Tradition in Canberra - in the 1960s I was booked by a fawn FC Holden ute with the two cops wearing overalls. Also note how the lights are desguised in the roll bars. Don't speed in Canberra.

The things they do to get another notch on their belt. Where I live, we have no fixed speed camera's. Instead we have unmarked police cars and sneaky white vans with hidden camera's parked in road-side parking bays.

At my age, even keeping well below the speed limits I still feel as if I'm speeding.
It's not what inspires us that is important, it's where the journey takes us.

That's not a cop, that's a stripper : check out his rubber trousers!

Very scary Terry - you might well not be here to tell the tale !

For this kind of shot you need to cross dress as a blonde and use a camera that looks like a banana.

Living in the Adelaide Hills we know only too well the danger of trees coming down.
In fact, at the moment we are in Broken Hill enjoying a couple of days away, and have just heard on the news that storms swept through the hills last night causing quite a bit of damage.
Hope our roof is still on!
